About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment. This role also involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, dish area, and workstations, adhering to sanitation and safety standards, and supporting the kitchen staff by ensuring shared areas are stocked and ready. The position is full-time and located at the Village Store in Meridian, ID.

Requirements

• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Organized with a strong focus on cleanliness and safety.
• Team player who communicates well and stays positive.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active in a fast-paced kitchen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card required.

• Kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment throughout the day.
• Keep the kitchen, dish area, and workstations clean and organized.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards, including safe handling of cleaning supplies.
• Remove trash and recycling and restock cleaning materials as needed.
• Support kitchen staff by keeping shared areas stocked and ready.
