Top Shooters is a high-energy, high-volume restaurant and sports bar in Columbia, IL known for fast service, strong teamwork, and a fun, team-oriented environment. We’re a great place to start if you’re looking to gain work experience, learn responsibility, and be part of a team. We are hiring Dishwashers to support our kitchen during busy shifts. This is an entry-level position—no experience required. We’ll train you. This role includes dishwashing, cleaning, and helping the kitchen team. It’s a fast-paced job where you’ll stay busy and learn how a real kitchen operates.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Take out trash and help keep the kitchen clean
- Assist with basic food prep (as needed)
- Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies
- Help the team during busy shifts and closing
