Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment after meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Assist with putting away clean dishes and supplies
- Support the dietary team in daily kitchen operations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
