Every Morning we whip up delicious modern takes on classic breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes. An Over Easy Dishwasher you are the “Sparkle Master”. This role is responsible for washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and miscellaneous smallwares with a commercial dishwasher or three-compartment sink. The Dishwasher will also place clean dishes or cooking equipment in designated storage areas, maintain kitchen work and prep areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition, and aid in stocking supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, refrigerators, freezers, etc. Additionally, the role involves sweeping and scrubbing floors in the kitchen and dish area, cleaning garbage, compost, and recycling bins, and transferring supplies between storage and workstations by hand or by using rolling carts.
