Requirements
- Food Handler Certification
- Working knowledge of sanitation procedures and ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- Available and open to work weekends, holidays, open and close shifts.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and move quickly, lift/carry up to 50lbs, and work in a hot and damp environment throughout shift.
Nice To Haves
- Up to 1yr exp. preferred but not required working in a hospitality-related kitchen (restaurant, hotel environment).
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.
- Keeping the dishwashing area clean and safe.
- Working in collaboration with the BOH staff to uphold the company’s high standards of excellence in regard to food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
