Requirements

Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant kitchen
A team-first approach and willingness to help where needed
Attention to cleanliness, organization, and safe work practices
Availability for scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

Nice To Haves

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train someone who is ready to learn

Responsibilities

Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
Keep the dish area, kitchen, and workspaces clean and organized
Clean all work areas, including steam tables, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment
Sweep and mop the kitchen daily
Remove garbage and cardboard from the kitchen area
Help receive and organize deliveries
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
Follow a daily and weekly cleaning schedule
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or facility leadership
