About The Position
This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills
- Take out trash and clean garbage cans
- Support other staff with miscellaneous kitchen tasks
- Scrape, sort, and stack dirty dishes
- Unload and store clean items in proper locations
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware by hand, ensuring all items meet health and safety standards
