About The Position

The Utility Team Member plays a vital role in maintaining bakery cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence. This position supports all areas of the bakery by ensuring dishes, equipment, workstations, and storage areas are maintained to Nothing Bundt Cakes standards.

Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and properly store bakery dishes, pans, utensils, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of production areas, guest areas, and storage spaces.
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries using FIFO procedures.
Keep walk-ins, freezers, and dry storage areas organized and clean.
Remove trash and recycling throughout the day.
Support bakers and frosters with basic prep and stocking tasks as needed.
Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed.
Assist with end-of-day and weekly deep cleaning responsibilities.
Help maintain a safe work environment by identifying and addressing cleanliness and organization opportunities.
