About The Position

This is a part-time role in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment. The Dishwasher will be a vital part of the kitchen operations, playing a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed

Responsibilities

• Work in a high-energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in their food preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment
• Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items
• Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
• Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
