About The Position

The Wilkinson Firm is a premium hospitality and event staffing employer. Every hire is a W-2 employee, not a contractor: taxes handled, workers' compensation, and a real pay stub. We train before the first shift, run a paid leadership program called Captain School, rewrite your resume, run mock interviews, and promote from inside. Our clients are hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories. This role is part of that commitment. The role keeps banquet kitchens moving: dish, pots, equipment, floors, and the china and glass counts that make the next event possible. Entry level welcome. Atlanta is our headquarters market: hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues from downtown and Midtown to Buckhead, Perimeter, Gwinnett and the airport corridor.

Requirements

• No experience required; show up on time, take coaching, and we build the rest
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

Responsibilities

• Run dish and pot stations through service
• Keep floors, walls and equipment clean
• Pull and return china, glass and silver for events
• Support setup and breakdown
