Under the direction of the Executive Chef and supervision of our Culinary Management team, Steward is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, culinary equipment and utensils including all dishes, glasses and pots/pans. This role must contribute to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees meanwhile providing support to our food and beverage team. Above all else, this position must lead by example to create Great Experiences and Memories for all guests and colleagues!
