About The Position

Join our dynamic kitchen team and play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences! We’re looking for a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values cleanliness, and enjoys working as part of a team. This is an PM shift position. Hours will typically be: 3pm to 11pm or 4pm to 12 am but subject to change due to business needs. MUST have weekend and holiday availability.

Requirements

• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure all kitchen areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
• Perform routine cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment, along with trash removal and proper recycling procedures.
• Collaborate with chefs and staff to maintain workflow and organization.
• Keep storage areas neat, organized, and properly stocked.
• Contribute to a friendly, team‑oriented atmosphere.
