- Prepare fresh salads and ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
- Wash, chop, and portion vegetables and other ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
- Keep dishwashing area clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed
