JOB PURPOSE: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dish room areas of the dining locations in the Union.
Requirements
- Dish washing experience.
- Trainable position.
- The ability to stand for an extended period without accommodations.
- Lifting 25 lbs. or more periodically without accommodations.
Nice To Haves
- Prior dish washing experience in an industrial kitchen.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Keep up with dish washing demands at Panda Express and Chick-fil-A
- Maintain health codes and food safety in prep kitchen and dish room.
- Help with orders of cleaning supplies.
- Assist in wiping down walls, cleaning floors, cleaning tables, trash, changing soda bibs and keeping kitchen equipment clean.
- General kitchen cleaning.
