About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dish room areas of the dining locations in the Union. The role involves keeping up with dish washing demands at Panda Express and Chick-fil-A, maintaining health codes and food safety, and assisting with orders of cleaning supplies. Supplemental functions include wiping down walls, cleaning floors, cleaning tables, managing trash, changing soda bibs, and keeping kitchen equipment clean. The job requires attention to detail, timeliness, and the ability to work well with a team. The position is trainable and requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs. or more periodically without accommodations.
