About The Position
We are looking for a responsible dishwasher who is interested in taking on a new challenge. Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is seeking a dish team member who is capable of maintaining clean and dishes stocked and ready to go for our sushi chefs. Assisting the team with ensuring the materials needed for prep are cleaned, maintained, and organized.
Requirements
- Must be responsible.
- Must be able to be adaptive in a small fine dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and washing all dishes and materials for sushi chefs.
- Ensuring all areas are clean and ready for guests.
- Hand washing fragile dishware.
- Assisting the team with ensuring the materials needed for prep are cleaned, maintained, and organized.
