About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring proper sanitary cycles and machine upkeep to maintain cleanliness standards. The Dishwasher/Porter will keep a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to support the team. This position may occasionally assist with portioning food items and supporting general restaurant cleanliness and upkeep. The ideal candidate will follow all sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment, collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation across departments, and maintain organization and keep all work areas clean and orderly.
