This role is responsible for ensuring proper sanitary cycles and machine upkeep to maintain cleanliness standards. The Dishwasher/Porter will keep a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to support the team. This position may occasionally assist with portioning food items and supporting general restaurant cleanliness and upkeep.
