About The Position
We are looking for a responsible dishwasher who is interested in taking on a new challenge. Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is seeking a dish team who is capable of maintaining clean and dishes stocked and ready to go for our sushi chefs. Assisting the team with ensuring the materials needed for prep are cleaned, maintained, and organized. With multiple operating outlets, and more on the way, this is a great opportunity for dishwashers to join a team primed for growth!

Responsibilities
- Cleaning and washing all dishes and materials for sushi chefs.
- Ensuring all areas are clean and ready for guests.
- Hand washing fragile dishware.
- Being able to be adaptive in a small fine dining environment.
