About The Position
Cleans and maintains all areas of the Foodservice Department according to safety, sanitation and infection control standards. This role is crucial for ensuring a clean and safe environment within the department. The position requires adherence to strict guidelines to maintain quality and prevent health risks.
Requirements
- No Degree or any other education earned (Required)
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- No experience required.
Responsibilities
- May transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas.
- Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste/trash.
- Performs warewashing duties per safety guidelines, including dishmachine and three compartment pot sink.
- Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment, using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.
- Complies with internal policies and procedures, as well as, regulatory requirements/standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation.
