About The Position
Under the supervision of the Nutritional Services Sanitation Coordinator, the Nutritional Services Sanitation Aide is responsible for ware washing, soiled tray cart retrieval and maintenance of a clean and orderly work area.

Responsibilities
- Prepare dishmachine work stations.
- Clean and sanitize dishmachine work stations during and at the conclusion of shift, following established policies and guidelines.
- Adhere to infection control and food handling procedures as outlined in department standards.
- Safely operate equipment related to position; reports maintenance needs and malfunctions to Coordinator(s).
- Exhibit a commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude when change is needed.
- Maintain records for area equipment.
- Utilize and demonstrate knowledge of MSDS sheets.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
