Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30-50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and store patient meal trays, utensils, cookware, and cafeteria dishware
- Operate, clean, and monitor dish machines
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure patient safety
- Clean kitchen work areas, sweep and mop floors, and clean garbage cans
- Support with sorting food deliveries and restocking kitchen supplies as needed
