Requirements

Must be dependable and able to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Must be available for rotating shifts Monday–Sunday

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Store clean dishes and utensils according to food safety and sanitation standards
Maintain clean floors, counters, sinks, and kitchen workspaces
Remove waste and help keep dishwashing and kitchen areas organized
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Support kitchen staff by keeping clean dishes and equipment available
Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned to help maintain an efficient kitchen
