The goal of this position is to execute closing processes at the end of the day. This includes cleaning dishes, machines, and floors at the end of the night. An ideal candidate for this role should be someone who is able to work independently and possesses an eye for detail. Members of the Closing Team arrive one hour before the closing of the restaurant and stay until the restaurant is properly cleaned and able to close. Our Dish and Floor Crew play a vital role in bringing our vision—“to change lives through little moments by being a remarkable place to dine and work”—to life. Through cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail, they create a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Their consistency and support behind the scenes keep everything running smoothly, allowing the entire team to succeed. Their impact may not always be seen, but it’s felt in every clean table, dish, and space.
