The Dining Services Tech II will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking pots & pans. This role will also assist cooks with pot washing, maintain the cleanliness of kitchen stations and surfaces including trash removal, and manage temperature and sanitation logs to ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, guidelines, and regulations. Additionally, the Dining Services Tech II will restock shelves for meal service, assist with stocking shelves in the inventory room, and help unload delivery trucks as needed. The position also involves assisting with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
