About The Position

Our dedicated and organized dishwashers/bussers thrive in a team environment, collaborating with the Food and Beverage team to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently. This role involves cleaning, loading the dishwasher, organizing, and storing all reusable dining ware, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to tolerate various temperatures while working outdoors with exposure to high or low temperatures, sun, humidity, chemicals, chlorine and water.
• Some work will be performed indoors and/or in an indoor office environment.
• Stand and walk for the majority of the day.
• This position requires continuous ability to remember information.

Responsibilities

• Work 8 hours per shift, 5 or 6+ days each week, based on occupancy and staffing demand.
• Work holidays and weekends during peak demand to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure an organized kitchen by cleaning, sorting dishes, and preparing foods.
• Maintain dish machines and sinks, as well as drying stations and storage areas.
• Adhere to safety and restaurant regulations during the operation of machinery and while utilizing dish sinks.
• Welcome guests with a friendly smile, answer questions, and assist them with the menu.
• Collaborate with fellow dishwashers to keep the wash area moving effectively and smoothly.
• Interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner during all shifts.
• Receive TOSHA certification to handle biohazards in compliance with proper training.
• Interact with guests and ensure they are having a top-notch vacation experience.
• Understand all safety regulations and operate systems in accordance with all safety measures.
• Communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner.
• Host a safe and interactive environment that all children and families can enjoy.
• Interact with team members and guests in a positive and friendly manner during all shifts, in all situations.
• Comply with all company operating policies and procedures.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and/or assigned.
