Every role matters, and we’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Dishwasher & Kitchen Prep to keep our kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. About the Role: As a Dishwasher & Kitchen Prep team member, you’ll be essential to the flow of our kitchen—keeping dishes clean, tools sanitized, and prep ingredients ready for service. You’ll work side-by-side with our culinary team and have opportunities to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Dependable work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Punctual, respectful, and ready to learn
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a dishwasher or prep cook is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and prep equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout service
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, stocking stations)
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Take out trash and recycling, mop floors, and help close down the kitchen
- Support the team by jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
