As a member of the team, your mission will be to support in-flight catering to the world’s major airlines out of LAX, providing delicious inflight food and beverage services that make travelers and crews happy-achieved through our attentive employees. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction in this exciting industry! Position : Sanitation Supervisor

Requirements

• Three to five years of sanitation experience, preferably in the food industry
• High School Graduate (or Equivalent).
• Strong Food Safety background preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to Air Fayre’s safety and HACCP programs
• Perform sanitation.
• Conduct required shift briefings as per company guidelines
• Ensure proper operations of the dish machines, sterilizers, compactor, recycle, and regulated garbage areas
• Provide training to new and existing employees
• Maintain records of sanitation activities, corrective action and food safety Activities on sanitation areas, including disassembly, clean, sanitize and reassembly of equipment
• Develop improvement opportunities in line with lean manufacturing standards
