About The Position

A Dishroom attendant is responsible for handling washable items to ensure a smooth operation. This role is crucial in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency within the dishroom, contributing to the overall positive experience of customers. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Up to one year of experience is preferred.
Must possess a current U.S. driver's license.
Ability to read and write to complete required forms.
Effective communication skills with supervisors and co-workers.
Ability to work assigned schedules, which may vary and include weekends and holidays.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Punctuality and reliability in arriving to work on time.
Compliance with all company policies.
Ability to complete paperwork and related administrative duties.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds frequently during a shift.
Ability to regularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

Separates washable items such as trays, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, and silverware.
Places items on the dishwasher conveyor belt for washing.
Retrieves washed items from the belt and stows them as required, which may include packing according to customer diagrams.
Follows directions from supervisors and team members.
Works collaboratively as a member of a team.
Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
