Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
- Sort and organize clean dishes and kitchen tools, returning them to their designated storage areas promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and floors, to comply with health and safety standards.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed, such as wiping down surfaces and disposing of waste.
- Monitor dishwashing supplies and report inventory needs to management to ensure continuous operation.
