About The Position
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Dish Steward for The Trail Hotel in Bardstown, Kentucky. The role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware; maintaining the dish room and dish machine; restocking items; removing garbage; and keeping dish and storage areas clean and organized. The Dish Steward may also help clean other restaurant areas and perform other duties as assigned. Previous experience in a similar role is required. A high school education is preferred. The position is tipped eligible, and compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
- Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
- Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Remove garbage.
- Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
- Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
- Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
