About The Position

Groovin' Gourmets, the catering division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, is seeking a Dish Attendant to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals for various events. This position offers a great schedule, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease.
Run the commercial grade dishwasher, including using the sink sprayer, a lever-operated washing unit and a drying station.
Manually clean a variety of surfaces, including scrubbing debris off pots and wiping down surfaces.
Provide additional support to kitchen staff, as needed.
