About The Position

The Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) Discovery Program offers an opportunity to learn about a career in growth equity, focusing on the investing and value creation teams. Participants will gain insights into SGE's unique investment approach, its entrepreneurial work environment, and receive guidance on preparing for growth equity interviews. The program also provides an early look at the SGE internship program.
