About The Position

Formally known as Williams Sausage Company; Newly named Hickman Rd Plant/Greenfield Dr Plant. This position is for a Food Production - Disassembly Skilled PR08 – Debone role. The starting pay is $22.95/HR. Boner’s debone meat from hog carcasses.

Requirements

• Requires the use of knives and knife sharpening equipment.
• Manual dexterity required for performing job.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 6 Months work experience with one employer in the last 24 months.
• Worker history must be documented on application or resume.
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.

Responsibilities

• Debone meat from hog carcasses.
• Keep work area clean and tidy during production.
• Recondition meat that has touched an unsanitary surface.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCP) as specified in plant’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Plan (HACCP).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provide on-the-job training to new team members.
