We're looking for a compassionate and inspiring person to manage a caseload of 10-15 adults with developmental disabilities by coordinating quality care, effective training and a person centered thinking approach. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Leadership and/or Management experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to adapt to change in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated and resilient
- Ability to support others and work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate with a person-centered mindset
- Capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments
- Effective time management
- Flexible schedule
Nice To Haves
- Management / Supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual is a plus!
