Provide active support to 5 people with disability living in a Supported Independent Living home in Hampton East. You will be a dedicated and compassionate support worker who love cats, is passionate about active support and getting out and about for social activities and outings. To provide best support the successful candidate will have experience with behaviours of concern, the ability to follow behaviour support plans and experience in mealtime management plans. You must be able to commit to the set permanent part time roster below which includes sleepover shifts. Roster Split 38:30/44:00 Note, this is a set roster in line with the needs of the people being supported and so cannot be altered.
