Equitable is looking for an experienced Claims Specialist supporting Disability and Leave Management claims to join their team. The Claims Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will be expected to utilize judgment and assess risk as you work with various business partners to render claim decisions and partner with internal and external resources. Reliability and dependability throughout our extensive training program is required. This position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer‑focused service during our core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST). Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.
