About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Dirt / Grading Foreman to lead earthwork and grading operations on heavy civil construction projects. The position supervises field crews, coordinates equipment and daily production, interprets plans and grades, and oversees excavation, cut/fill, compaction, aggregate placement, and fine grading activities.
Requirements
- Heavy civil earthwork/grading experience.
- Crew leadership experience.
- Strong plan and grade-reading skills.
- Knowledge of GPS/machine-control grading systems.
- Experience with dozers, excavators, graders, loaders, compactors, and other heavy equipment.
- Strong safety, leadership, and communication skills.
