Due to our expansion, we are seeking a Child Care Director. The Director is responsible for the quality of education and care of each child, ensuring the implementation of the curriculum, and conducting assessments with goals to determine the needs of each child. They will maintain a positive working relationship with parents to meet the physical, cognitive, and social needs of each child. The Director will set the tone for the facility, oversee physical facilities, and maintain an environment that promotes a healthy self-image for individual children. They will work with and supervise all staff members as well as outside agencies and services, encouraging each child to reach their potential in developing a love of learning. Responsibilities include assisting in interviewing staff for the facility, managing the image of the center, ensuring compliance with DHS and STARS regulations, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as local and federal laws regarding child care. The Director will also manage the financial affairs of their center.
