About The Position

The Finance Director is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support the company’s strategic objectives. This role ensures strong financial governance, cost control, and operational efficiency while driving financial insights to optimize profitability. The Finance Director collaborates with executive leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure fiscal health, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial sustainability.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in accounting principles, GAAP/IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, ERP software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and advanced Excel modeling.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership
  • Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc
  • Strong communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; project management
  • Working in a team based environment: Working independently and as a team player to ensure our customers are receiving orders timely and with the highest quality

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, CPA, or CFA
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyzing key metrics and trends to provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls to mitigate risk and maintain audit readiness.
  • Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
  • Optimize cost structures and financial efficiencies through strategic analysis and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business units, procurement, and supply chain teams to drive cost reduction initiatives and revenue growth strategies.
  • Evaluate and oversee financial systems, accounting software, and process automation to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting teams, ensuring professional development and high-performance standards.
  • Engage with auditors, banks, investors, and external partners to maintain strong financial relationships and credibility.
  • Report financial insights, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to the CFO and executive leadership.
