About The Position

As a Director in Deals - Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services, you will provide strategic guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures, and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals and transformational business events that may impact an organization's value. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strength to maximize client satisfaction. In this role within our Deals practice, you will drive business growth and shape the direction of client engagements, mentoring the next generation of leaders. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of experience
At least one of the following: an active CPA License

Utilizing Alteryx for automation in financial modeling and reporting
