Director
About The Position
Major Broadway theatre owner-operator seeking up to two (2) enthusiastic, reliable, and personable individuals with a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and superior customer service skills to join the Front of House team as Director for the Minskoff Theatre. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including Wednesday matinees, nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidates for these positions will have a very strong work-ethic, a minimum of one (1) year prior experience working as an Usher or serving in a customer service environment, and the ability to work as a team player. Preferred experience includes prior experience as a Director or Ticket Taker in a Broadway Theatre. This role is a key member of our team in fulfilling our mission to create a magical Broadway theatre experience for both patrons and producers. Job duties include assisting patrons with navigation around the auditorium and direction to seats.
