About The Position

Leads the strategic design and implementation of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and professional development (PD) systems in partnership with the Schools Office, ensuring alignment to instructional priorities, effective execution, and improved teacher practice and student outcomes.

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5–7 years experience in instructional leadership, professional learning, or school leadership

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives district-wide strategy for PLC planning and implementation in collaboration with the Schools Office
• Designs and oversees professional development strategy for content training aligned to curriculum and instructional priorities
• Coordinates logistics and execution of professional learning sessions, ensuring quality delivery and operational efficiency
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with curriculum, schools, and operations teams to ensure alignment and coherence
• Manages and develops direct report; builds capacity for high-quality execution and continuous improvement
• Establishes clear communication systems to ensure stakeholders are informed, aligned, and supported
