Requirements

3–5 years of senior living leadership experience (Required)
Proven success in sales, and occupancy growth within senior living (Required)
Strong financial acumen: budget management and P&L ownership (Required)
Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
Applicants may be subject to a background check.
Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

Provide strong operational leadership by overseeing daily assisted living operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and best practices
Provide strong operational leadership by overseeing daily assisted living and memory care operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and best practices
Drive growth and accountability by building census through active sales leadership, managing the P&L with rigor, and executing with both vision and operational excellence
Lead, develop, and engage staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
Manage budgets and utilize financial acumen to optimize operations and support sustainable growth and stability
Execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance resident satisfaction, independence, and overall community success
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and statutes pertaining to assisted living
Serve as a key liaison with residents, families, staff, and the broader community to maintain a positive image and strong relationships
