Within the EY-Parthenon's service line, the AI Business Solutions team focuses on unlocking our opportunity potential for client AI solutions across EYP. We are a group of experienced professionals with deep technical expertise, business understanding, and consulting skills, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and actionable client solutions. As such, we bring a wealth of knowledge to our clients in the context of complex AI implementations.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
- Significant management consulting experience.
- Proven history of developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings, ideally across multiple sectors.
- Experience engaging directly with clients to assess their needs and propose AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior professionals to ensure project success and knowledge sharing.
- Must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
- In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
Nice To Haves
- An MBA with two years of related work experience or graduate degree with at least three years of related work experience, with a particular focus on client advisory or strategic planning within a professional services environment.
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development solutioning and deployment of AI solutions, working across various sectors to solve complex problems and improve performance.
- Help our clients navigate the AI landscape, developing innovative solutions in support of our EP-Parthenon offerings.
- Experience engaging directly with clients to assess their needs, supporting / leading positioning meetings, conduct workshops, and propose AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Craft scalable, maintainable AI systems, with proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), microservices, and APIs.
- Manage large datasets, building data pipelines, and ensuring data quality, preprocessing, and governance for AI applications.
- Skills in time management, task prioritization, and leading or contributing to project workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of AI-related security risks, data privacy, bias mitigation, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR or industry-specific standards).
- Work in a fast-paced, exciting environment with strong business acumen to drive value to our clients.
- Learn and develop technical and personal skills to support achievement of career goals, through a blend of structured learning, coaching and experiences.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and support to key decision makers.
- Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior professionals to ensure project success and knowledge sharing.
