The Director, Workforce Analytics & Strategy leads Healthfirst’s enterprise workforce analytics capability and informs the strategic workforce planning function in partnership with the Leadership Development team and functional leaders. This role is responsible for transforming workforce data into actionable insights that support organizational strategy, financial performance, operational effectiveness, and talent outcomes. The Director partners closely with Human Resources leadership, HR Business Partners, Leadership Development, Finance, HR Operations, and enterprise leaders to develop data-driven insights across workforce areas such as hiring, retention, engagement, workforce composition, productivity, and labor cost. This role establishes the governance, reporting discipline, and analytical capability required to support strategic workforce decisions and strengthen Healthfirst’s ability to plan, attract, develop, and retain talent. The Director will help evolve Healthfirst’s people analytics capability from traditional reporting toward strategic workforce intelligence, enabling leadership to proactively identify workforce risks, productivity opportunities, and workforce cost optimization strategies.
