The Director, Warehousing, Inventory Control & Logistics is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end physical supply chain supporting the company's U.S. data center construction program. Reporting to the Vice President, Data Center Procurement, this individual builds and leads the strategy, organization, and operational execution for warehousing, inventory control, and domestic and international logistics that ensure critical construction materials, long-lead equipment, and electrical/mechanical infrastructure arrive on site on time, in full, and at the right cost to support an aggressive multi-site data center build schedule. This role requires a leader who can operate at both the strategic and tactical level: designing scalable warehousing and inventory networks, negotiating global freight and customs strategies, and driving daily execution discipline across a distributed network of laydown yards, regional distribution centers, and job-site material staging areas. A near-term priority is to replace today's largely spreadsheet-based inventory practices with a formal inventory management platform (or integrated platforms) covering both the infrastructure/construction and technology/IT sides of the business, and to define how the inventory function interfaces with asset management, maintenance planning, and future CMMS/EAM systems.
