Elevate the visual representation of the Guerlain brand in all point of sales across the U.S. This role involves enhancing the Guerlain experience through merchandising elements, event and counter animations, and launch elements. The position requires analyzing current elements, proposing new solutions, and assisting with marketing and sales efforts by designing and developing merchandising strategies and visual opportunities. A key responsibility is creating a visual merchandising database for department store doors and partnering with the Paris HQ Visual Merchandising team to ensure global soft merchandising meets US market needs. The role also includes providing training on design concepts and visual display standards to field sales teams and store teams in key flagship doors. Additionally, it involves maintaining and cultivating relationships with retail partners, creating a contact database, and specifically partnering with Sephora for seasonal updates. In store design, the Director will collaborate with the Paris HQ store design team on flagship counters and freestanding stores, managing all project management aspects for construction and installation. This includes reviewing design and construction documents, obtaining retailer approval, establishing timetables, coordinating the bid process, reviewing shop drawings, providing on-site supervision, and coordinating punch lists post-installation.
