Requirements

7+ years of experience buying CTV, linear TV, or broadcast, either in-house or at an agency.
Hands-on experience with at least one major DSP.
Strong understanding of GRPs, reach and frequency, and rate negotiation.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Sheets for flighting, pacing, and reconciliation.
CPG experience, preferably in vitamins and supplements, OTC, food, or personal care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with regional and spot buying in addition to national markets.
Experience with shoppable CTV, including interactive and commerce-enabled video formats.
Experience with audio compliance and host-read clearance in regulated categories.

Responsibilities

Plan and buy CTV/OLV through DSPs and direct platform deals.
Negotiate and steward linear TV, cable, radio, and out-of-home media.
Build reach, frequency, and cost-efficiency plans across the video mix.
Run RFPs and rate negotiations, and manage make-goods and reconciliation.
Buy retailer-powered CTV for retail media video to connect national reach to store sales.
Plan streaming audio and podcast, including compliant host-reads.
Conduct brand lift and geo tests, and ensure all sellers adhere to the same measurement standards for comparable cross-platform results.
