The Director, Value Insights leads analytics strategy and execution for the Value Transformation organization , supporting assessments, benchmarking, financial modeling, and post-deal KPI tracking. Build an analytics Center of Excellence that accelerates cycle time and improves decision-making for both customers and internal teams. Develop practice with standard-work to drive scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years professional experience leading analytics and/or data science teams in healthcare or MedTech.
  • Must possess established people management experience, including oversight of team performance and development, as well as consistent coaching and mentoring responsibilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive meaningful change across the organization.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all organizational levels and with customers, fostering cross functional collaboration, proactively escalating issues, and leading joint initiatives to ensure timely resolution and project success aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Strong executive storytelling and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Expertise in healthcare KPIs, baselining, and benchmarking.
  • Experience with SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Expert knowledge of HIPAA and data governance best practices.
  • Experience supporting consulting, process improvement or implementation organizations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance hands on, detail oriented execution with strategic, big picture thinking, while effectively driving progress, managing competing priorities, and operating independently with minimal oversight.
  • Highly organized, self directed, with strong follow through and exceptional customer service.
  • Very strong organizational, project planning, scheduling skills.
  • Proficient in the use of all MS Office tools (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 65%.

Responsibilities

  • Design analytics operating models, including data intake, governance, and visualization standards.
  • Build and mature the practice, including operational success metrics, standard work, and performance dashboards.
  • Create and maintain scalable playbooks, standard work, and methodologies to ensure consistent delivery and repeatable execution.
  • Develop benchmarking tools, diagnostic scorecards, and assessment accelerators
  • Create benefits-measurement dashboards and customer-facing reporting frameworks.
  • Build operational analytics to improve utilization, cycle time, and margin across delivery teams.
  • Drive automation to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of insights delivery.
  • Partner with Value Creation and Realization to align analytics with commercial and implementation needs.
  • Lead a team of BI developers, analysts, engineers and data scientists.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing team members to support scalable growth.
  • Ensure HIPAA, PHI handling, and data security compliance.
