About The Position

Leads the end‑to‑end planning and execution of large‑scale, multi‑year COO transformations. The Director, Change Delivery-TDS leads, manages, and supports the end-to-end delivery of projects and major strategic and cross-functional initiatives across the dealers that are high in complexity and major in scope. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive financial services experience across transformation, strategy, and/or regulatory teams
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous environments
  • Proven success leading cross‑domain, enterprise‑scale initiatives, balancing business priorities, financial rigor, and technology execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Fosters an inclusive team culture where all colleagues feel safe
  • Employee‑ and Client‑focused roles; experience in front office or HR is preferred
  • Expert knowledge of financial services/capital markets from a strategic perspective, including managing/directing teams and projects
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 7+ Years of Prior Experience
  • Outstanding record of project management success preferably in Capital Markets, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology especially using Agile approach
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated experience
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk

Nice To Haves

  • Program or project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar) are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and lead complex transformations into clear workstreams, phases, and dependency maps
  • Serve as a player/coach, leading domain expertise efforts within the workstreams
  • Provide end‑to‑end oversight across transformation workstreams and teams
  • Drive execution discipline across teams (agile, hybrid, and waterfall)
  • Proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and trade‑offs
  • Design and operate fit‑for‑purpose transformation governance (steerco, investment, risk, change)
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise change, risk, and regulatory expectations
  • Prepare executive‑level materials for Steering Committees and senior leadership
  • Establish and maintain strong governance and reporting frameworks, providing transparency into progress, risks, and dependencies for executive leadership
  • Ensures end-to-end delivery of projects
  • Works in close partnership with all project stakeholders to align plans, timelines, expectations and deliverables to meet project's objectives
  • Uses negotiation and influencing skills to build consensus amongst diverse stakeholder groups to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Ensures projects are delivered based on agreed scope, agreed timeline and approved budget
  • Manages resolution of issues and risks effectively and if required ensures timely escalation of the issues and risks
  • Communicates effectively project status communication to stakeholders
  • Manages project financials and benefits realization
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project management artifacts as required by project governance standards
  • Considered as a subject matter expert on practices, procedures and principles of project management
  • Manages projects through Project Management Life Cycle including Planning, Execution, Control and Closure of projects
  • Manages / oversees testing deliverables for the project including: testing strategies, planning, preparation and execution activities, review and sign-off of testing documentation
